vine identification

Hi. We're seeing a vine on our place for the first time (though I believe we've passed masses of it along the road in the area). It looks vaguely like a wild grape, but.... Images attached. Thanks for your help in identifying this.

Hello,

I think this is wild cucumber, (Echinocystis lobata). Pictures of the developed fruits would help confirm this. It resembles burcucumber which is less common.
