Baling hay that is wet/damp is not recommended. You will see better results if you are able to let the dew dry off before baling or bale before dew sets. Damp hay can mold and decrease quality and nutrients. I know with work schedules and things its hard to get hay up when the weather is right. Also, be careful when storing hay that could be damp in the heat of summer. That's how barn fires can get started. I wish you the best of luck! Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
