Help identifying disease and corrective action

Attached are three photos of our fir tree, I would like to know what is causing these branches to turn reddish brown and what action can be taken to stop this problem from spreading to the rest of the tree? The one that is in the process of changing just happened in the last three days and the other about a week ago. We are located in Duluth. Thank you for any assistance!

We can't determine what's causing the dieback from viewing the photos. Asking a forester or certified arborist to assess the tree's health on-site is the best way to diagnose the problem and correct it.
