Grow grass in shady area

My backyard is partially covered in shade. I live about 300ft from the Chesapeake bay however all other areas in my yard grows well. What is the better grass for the shade and do I need a sunny grass everywhere else

Fine fescue is recommended for shady area. Tall fescue is recommended for sun to light shade--very light shade. Here is more: http://extension.umd.edu/hgic/shade-lawns
