apple tree inquiry

Hi my wife and I have been trying to identify what is attacking our apple tress year after year. We live in Harford County, MD. We have attached a few pictures. Any help to ID the problem/insects would be so grateful!! thanks kindly . Kenny

If the apples are deformed without worm tunneling inside the fruit, it is likely tarnished plant bug injury:
