Hi! I'm a novice gardener that is interested in edible flowers. Is their an authoritative source on the matter? I'm most interested in hollyhocks right now (I've eaten Zebrina hollyhocks, but I'm not sure they are actually true hollyhocks). However, I would really like an reliable list on a variety of edible flowers that goes beyond the basics (nasturtiums, pansies). Any thoughts?
