Fungus on Ficus tree roots

These started as little buttons and over night they grew. The tree is over 20 years old & just transplanted last Spring. First time this has occurred.

We viewed your photos. The tree looks very healthy. If the mushrooms are growing on organic matter in the soil, simply remove and discard in the trash. This can be common in rainy weather or if the soil is staying moist. Make sure the container has holes for good drainage.
