50 foot tall poison oak

Hi There, I'm not kidding. We have several 3-inch diameter poison oak vines growing 50 feet up the side of our Douglas Fir trees in our city park. How and when to attack these? The tops seem to have small berries this time of year. Should we just cut the bottoms and apply Crossbow to the stem? Will the berries fall down and sprout? Any better ideas? Thanks very much! Given the size of these plants and the actual hazard they represent to physically remove them, never mind the dermatological consequences, I would suggest consulting with an arborist, who have the equipment to remove it safely.
