Ash Leave growth

What is wrong with, I believe, my ash tree leaves. A lot of them have these orangish/yellowish growths on them and some of the leaves are even turning brown.

It is probably ash rust, a fungal disorder, which is usually not a serious problem. As with many rust disorders, it has a complex life cycle with an alternate host, in this case, cordgrass:
