Brown patch fungus/nitrogen burn
I would like to get a soil analysis done on my lawn to determine if burn spots are in fact fungus OR merely nitrogen burn from a lawn treatment. It has been a month and spots have not enlarged or increased in number. They appeared two days after treatment was performed on lawn. It was dry and hot that week and I was out of town for a couple of days. Treatment for fungus will be expensive. I would be willing to pay for soil analysis to determine the cause.
Hello. Thank you for your question. Yes, soil testing can be done. Please contact the Clark County Extension Agriculture Agent for specific directions. I have included the contact information below.
