We viewed your photos. The photos do not give us a good idea of what is going on. In general, pines do not get a lot of insect or disease issues. They may not do well on every site. It is possible you may be dealing with a type of root issue. We notice a dry creek bed near the root system. Keep the tree well watered during dry periods and make sure mulch is no thicker than several inches and away from the base of the trunk. Here is our publication on pines

Spruce - There may be several issues to look for. It is possible it may be insect related, a damaged branch, cold damage, etc. If you can reach the trees with a ladder, prune back the damaged leader back to healthy tissue and check it out. Look inside for any type of larvae. You may need to bend or train another leader in its place. If you cannot reach the damaged branch, you may want to contact a certified arborist for an onsite diagnosis regarding the health of the pine and the spruce and the best way to proceed.
