My Yew trees are in trouble--lots of yellow needles

Asked June 1, 2017, 3:44 PM EDT

My yew trees (all three of them) have large areas of dead/yellow needles on them. Worse then I've ever seen them. A couple years ago they were some dead needles and put in some nutrient spikes--hopefully it's not too late to do something to save these. They provide a ton of privacy to the front of my house.

We can't determine what's causing the yews to decline by viewing the photos. We suggest asking a forester or certified arborist to assess their health onsite and recommend a course of action.
