Yes or no answer straight to the point I have A4 year old Peach tree that looks like this the trunk of the tree and is there something I can do to help this tree it produces very poorly it is growing really slow.

The trunk itself is not of concern.
You can help your peach tree by looking at the following information on growing stone fruits (peaches, plums, etc.)
Growing good tree fruit in Maryland requires close management.

I like this response from the expert it was straight to the point also they posted information link. I appreciate this kind of response. There was no gray area it was straight to the point.
