Black Hills Spruce Problem
I am having problems with my black hills spruce, the needles are dying. Is this a fungus? See pics. I did not see any black spots but cannot be sure. Can you recommend anyone to spray them? I live in Cologne, MN. Please excuse if this is a duplicate email. My internet is very slow and I don't know if the first one went thru.
