insect ID question

Please help me identify this insect that lives on the bottom of of my indoor plant's pots.

This looks like a millipede and are usually found outdoors. They feed on dead decaying matter. Make sure your containers have holes for good drainage.
Your soil mix may be staying too wet or you may be overwatering. You may need to let the soil dry out between waterings. If you continue to have issues, you may need to repot using a soilless mix. See our houseplant publication on repotting
