Bradford Pear Trees

This week, first week in March, I've notice trees with white blossoms blooming. Are these all Bradford Pear trees of could they be something else?

Anne Arundel County Maryland invasive bradford pear trees

It they look like popcorn and seem to be everywhere, including wildly growing along roadsides, sometimes even as thickly as impenetrable thickets, yes, that is Bradford pear.
Once widely planted as a landscape tree, it has become terribly invasive in our area.
We don't recommend planting any kind of ornamental pear tree.
