roses well establised all turned black and dying

we had a freeze here in texas after that all our rose canes have turned black look like they are dying

will they come back?? what should we do ?? we have a vast collection.very concerned/

I would delay any pruning or removal of affected stems until after our last frost date which is usually February 15th. To be on the safe side, you may want to wait until March 1 our Texas winters can be interesting. Then you can prune away the dead stems and allow the buds on the healthy stems to grow.
