Logic 101

Asked January 15, 2017, 9:44 PM EST

I'm currently engaged in a debate over whether disbelief is the same as lack of belief. I'm hoping there are a few logic and reasoning professors who would be willing to chime in. Thanks in advance!

Disbelief is not the same as lack of belief. Someone cannot believe in something they know nothing about. To disbelieve one must first know about it.
