Height growth in teenagers
I'm a 13-year-old girl and I'm 158 cm and 45 kg. I started my first period when I was 11 and at that time I was 156 cm. I would like to know if my height can grow anymore and if yes, how can I help my height grow fast. My father is 175 cm and my mother is 153 cm

It is possible you may grow taller. Height is usually determined by genetics and environmental factors, namely nutrition. Genetics usually determine between 60%-80% of what your height will be. Eating a healthy diet especially during childhood ages may help increase height.
