I don't know!

My aloe leaves are plump and healthy but on the outside they just fall off around where it meets with the thick part near the soil. It's happened a couple times, I have fast drying soil that drains well and it sits in front of my window. I just moves it to a bigger pot so it hasn't adjusted to start growing like it usually dose but I don't think the outer leaves should just be falling off when they are healthy and green. What can I do?!

There really is not a single reason for this. Aloes can be touchy sometimes. They are adjusting to the new location, light, and the seasonal changes. Since you recently repotted, do not be in a hurry to water again. All you can do is focus on proper care.
