If pack calls for 16 ounces (powder )to 256 gallons of water. How many ounces or tablespoons would it take for 1 gallon of water. this product is a vitamin electrolyte supplement for poultry. I only want to mix one gallon at a time not 256 gal.

If you solve for 'X' in the equation you would find that you need 0.06oz of the powder per gallon. Not sure if you have a kitchen scale to measure that amount. So I would suggest that you add 1 teaspoon which would be a good approximation and likely be more than what is needed.
