I searched your site and couldn't find any information on heucherellas. Do these plants survive Colorado winters? Do they need acidic soil?

They don't need particularly acidic soil, but they like good drainage. There is a wide variety of cold and heat tolerance in Heucherella, which are a cross between Heuchera and Tiarella. Like their parents, they can be short-lived in heavy clay, particularly without good winter drainage.
