If it is a vine rather than individual or bunched plants then it may be Arrowhead vine. There are native plants in Texas that look very similar, but they are not vines. Syngonium is the genus for those plants. I am checking with someone at the Wildflower Center to see if they have seen it reported in Texas. If it is the arrowhead vine, it is indeed nonnative and agressive, which could very well classify it officially as invasive.
