Hello, While on a walk here in MD, I noticed the little creature in the attachment. It's green, with some yellow antennas and what look like fangs, and looks a bit fuzzy. I thought it was some type of caterpillar, but wanted to find out for sure, what kind, and get out more info about it. Thanks, K. Reitman

Yes, this certainly is a caterpillar. It looks like an Imperial moth caterpillar. In late summer - early fall it is fairly common to see these large caterpillars. They are looking for a spot to spend the winter. They are harmless and quite interesting to look at.
