Frog or Toad Found in Pot

Asked September 13, 2016, 11:57 AM EDT

I have a frog or toad that likes hiding in a pot of water that I placed outside with a white open weave bag to soak. I guess that this frog or toad eats bugs that land on the white bag. He is often found hiding under the bag. I have taken photos and videos of him swimming underneath the water. I hope you can identify this cute creature. I have attached two photos. P.S. I am leaving the bag where it is for him to gather his food.
