What type of pepper?
Tepin/Chiltepin are similar to your picture, but a little more rounded as you see, or even oval. They do occasionally get a pointed tip, however, so you may want to keep on eye on the others as they mature to see what kind of variability they have. There is another somewhat common type that is similar shaped but more pointed called Pequin. Pequin are also a hot chili, though slightly lower on the Scoville scale than Tepin.
I can't tell you much more than that without some additional information to go on. Do you know where the plant came from? Did you order seeds, buy from a nursery, etc.? Was there any sort of label with the plant/seeds?
