blue morning glory

we have a beautiful vine of blue morning glories--but not one flower!! we have planted seeds in this area in previous years with lots of flowers but none this year--what are we doing wrong?

Most morning glories are late summer bloomers. They grow best in full sun and in soil that drains well. They do not like soggy heavy soil. If growing in shade, there will be less or no bloom. If you have overfertilized, there will be foliage at the expense of flowers.
