Crown Vetch

Asked September 7, 2016, 1:38 PM EDT

I planted this much to my dismay and I would like to get rid of it. We live in the country and have a well. Can you help me?

Thanks for using the Ask an Expert System.

Crown vetch is a noxious weed that is very difficult to control. Control may take several years, and you must continue to attack the plant or it will reestablish in the treated areas.

You can find information on controlling this weed in the fact sheet, Crown Vetch Control.
