What is your opinion on purchasing lacewing eggs & encarsia formosa for whiteflies?
I've tried neem oil on the underside and pyrethrins on the top, spraying each leaf individually. These things won't go away. They even over-wintered this past year (and I do not have a greenhouse). I am debating buying some parasites and lacewings. Do you believe these work? Thanks,

It is expensive to purchase beneficial insects and not worth it. We recommend using row covers on your plants and plant to attract pollinators and natural enemies. Here is more information on whiteflies and planting for beneficial insects and natural enemies
