Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder!!

I say this as many Delawareans view Bermuda grass as an invasive weed and spend many years trying to remove it from their property

Bermuda is basically a warm weather grass; however will grow in Delaware’s transition climate. Prefers full sun, is drought resistant and can withstand heavy traffic. Turns brown with the fall temperature drop, greening up as spring temperatures rise. It spreads by rhizones and is invasive getting into flower beds and adjacent lawns.

Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to locate a local source of Bermuda grass seed as it is southern preferred variety; however, there are mail order suppliers listed on the internet. Search Bermuda grass seed. Price is about $6/pound plus shipping

Thanks alot
