What type of plant and berries are these?

Asked September 5, 2016, 2:17 PM EDT

Hi, These are growing along our garden fence and they are growing over ornamental bushes in our front yard. They have grape-like leaves, but do not seem to have tendrils. These plants attract bees, in case that is helpful in identifying them. These photos were taken today, 5sept2016. My most important question is whether or not they are edible, poisonous to humans, or what ????. Thank you so much!

Baltimore County Maryland berries invasive porcelain berry

One possibility is an invasive vine called Porcelainberry (Ampelopsis brevipedunculata). It is in the grape family, but originates from Asia.
Put it into a search engine to look at photos and see if it's a match.
A very definitive characteristic is if the berries turn to shades of purple and teal.
It is still being used and sold, but due to it's invasiveness we recommend removal.
