Found this weird looking fungi doing a job off of senator highway, what is it

This appears to be a "coral fungus" named because they look like the undersea coral formations. I cannot identify is exactly, but the coral and club fungi are grouped together. It may be a Clavicorona species. See how the top of each branch looks like a little crown? That where it get its name Clavicorona, corona begin Latin for crown.
