Strange Insect

What is the strange insect in the photo I've uploaded? I zoomed way in with my camera. The actual size of it was about an inch to inch and a half from tip of the head to the very tip of the tail (or whatever that is).

This looks to be an immature damsel fly or stone fly, but I can't tell from this angle exactly what it is. All I can tell you is that it's an immature aquatic larva.

You can submit more pictures and I'll try to be more accurate.
