That is some variety of Amaranthus sp. commonly called amaranth or pigweed. Though there are some ornamental selections, it is generally considered a weed, and should be removed before its seeds mature. Some pigweed plants have been observed to produce hundreds of thousands of seeds, leaving you with a potential weed problem for many years to come.
