what is it

It's in constant sun. The stem is thick as a garden hose and the stem is green with a little fuzz.i t hasn't produced any flowers or fruit.i just moved here to the south and it was small and then began to grow large when my faucet constantly dripped on it

This appears to be a paulownia or "princess tree". It is native to eastern Asia, but is an invasive in the United States. You should remove it as soon as possible since it is difficult to eradicate once it is established due to its prolific seed production.
