Mystery pasture weed.

Asked July 23, 2016, 3:29 PM EDT

I would like to identify this weed that grows in the shady to partly shady parts of my pasture. It gets to 7 ft tall and has 4 fins that go all the way down the tall stem. The plant is herbatious, and has yellow daisy like flowers on it when it blooms in the late summer.

It looks as if what you have is stickweed which is a perennial that can grow as tall as 13 feet and has yellow flowers when blooming.
