Prairue primrose?

I was told this is Prairie Primrose. Is that accurate?

There are many species of primrose. About 20 that grow in our general region, according to "Weeds of the Great Plains" book. Most likely this is the common fourpoint evening primrose (Oenothera rhombipetala (which may be commonly called prairie primrose). Without a live sample, and even then, I cannot be sure of the exact species. But I would lean towards Fourpoint Evening Primrose.
