Mystery trees in yard

Asked July 16, 2016, 8:17 PM EDT

I have two of these trees in my yard. Both produce berries but on in younger and about 6 feet tall, the other is closer to 30ft. What are they?

If it has a pit (large seed) than it is a cherry, which I do not believe this is. If you cut it in half and it has a star-shape around several small seeds, it's probably a crab apple. Take it to the King or Snohomish county WSU Master Gardeners for positive ID. I don't work with landscape plants.
