Seedling identification of plants is always a bit uncertain because flowers so often tell the full story of what a plant is. That said, this looks like Fallopia japonica, Japanese knotweed. Here is the Ohio State University page about the plant, a very invasive species and difficult to control: http://www.oardc.ohio-state.edu/weedguide/single_weed.php?id=60
If you want to grow this on to see what it turns out to be, keep it in a container on pavement so the roots won't escape. Put it in the garbage rather than a compost pile because the stems root readily.

Thank you.
