Aloha,
You have a whiteflies. Whiteflies are tiny, sap-sucking insects that may become abundant in vegetable and ornamental plantings, especially during warm weather. Please visit http://www.ctahr.hawaii.edu/uhmg/FAQ/faq-whitefly.asp for further information and control strategies. Your best organic methods for removal will be:

  • Physical removal of leaves that are heavily infested
  • Washing whiteflies off leaves with strong spray of water. This needs to be done consistently to break the life cycle.
  • Treatment with an organic insecticidal soap or neem oil. You will need to spray whiteflies directly (make contact) and be consistent on application to break life cycle
