sick matyure pine trees

Asked July 11, 2016, 6:55 PM EDT

I live in Victoria Mn and have what appears to be several sick mature pine trees. I thought it was just aging but they have gotten more distressed just over the summer. I am hoping there is an expert that can come out and look at the trees to see if we can save them. Lower branches are dying and working it's way up the trees. Dying from the trunk out. Very concerned. Please advise. Thank you.

Mature trees are valuable to a property, so it's good to be concerned when they are not looking healthy. Unfortunately, we are don't provide private consultations. I recommend you contact a certified arborist. Here is an Extension publication that can help you contact an arborist: http://www.extension.umn.edu/garden/yard-garden/trees-shrubs/how-to-hire-a-professional-arborist/
