You can either add a little extra fluid, or decrease the flour by a few table spoons. Gluten free flour is going to do the same thing at high altitudes as wheat flour. It does depend on the type of gluten free flour. You may have to experiment with the recipe a few times before you actually come out with a good end product.

If this is a pre-mix, I would add extra fluid by a couple of tablespoons to 1/4 cup.
