High Mallow leaves are dyinh

The leafs on my High Mallow are loaded with what ever this is. And they are dying. Can you help identify

I can't but the plant pathologist at the UConn Plant Diagnostic Lab may be able to. You can send a picture of your mallow to ladybug@uconn.edu and one of the horticulturists there who is more familiar with diseases and insects than I am can look at it and let you know if the problem can be identified from a picture or it a plant sample is necessary.
