would really appreciate any information you have about baking at high altitudes...we have moved to a part of the country that sits at 5200 ft...driving me CRAZY when baking!! thank you..

Yes, baking at higher altitudes is challenging. The challenges vary with the product and the altitude; adjusting a recipe is often a trial and error process.
