What are these insects?

I've found multiple of these insects outside in the last few days.. I have never seen them before, but probably wasn't paying very good attention. Could you help

Lucky you. Even though both those insects appear to be a bit on the weird side, they are the youngsters of lady beetles! Their favorite meals consist of aphids, aphids and still more aphids. You can keep the safe by minimizing or avoiding, pesticides, even the organic kinds.
