Definitely. Here are some fact sheets on care. http://extension.colostate.edu/topic-areas/yard-garden/backyard-orchard-stone-fruits-2-804/

I highly recommend doing a dormant oil spray in late winter prior to bud break next year. This smothers overwintering insects and eggs on the trees.

I would water deeply around the drip edge of the trees about every 7-10 days depending on the soil and temperature. I am enclosing a healthy roots, healthy tree document. http://extension.colostate.edu/topic-areas/yard-garden/healthy-roots-and-healthy-trees-2-926/
