Can u I'd this plant. It appears as a vine....climbing a maple tree spreads out like an azalea also. No flowers yet

It appears to be a wisteria. It will have either lavender or white clusters of flowers in the spring. I cannot determine the species by the photo. If they are growing very vigorously they may not flower profusely. Some gardeners use root pruning techniques to slow growth and to shift them into a reproductive (flowering) phase. They ussually bloom in late April into May depending on the season and the locale.
