Why have the flowers in the flower beds grown so tall this year? The lilies are six feet tall.

I haven't noticed an increase in height of perennials this year.

There are numerous types/varieties of lilies. These types/varieties vary considerable in size. Some only grow 2 feet tall. Others grow to a height of 6 to 8 feet.
