Would a Cana Lily do ok in a low wet spot? If not, what would grow well in a low wet location?

Ramsey County Minnesota calla canna lily

No, the bulb would probably rot. There are some perennial plants that like low wet spots. Turtlehead (Chelonea) is one:

Here is an extensive list of plants that would do well in that spot:

Cana is on the list you provided.

So sorry!!! I read it as Calla lily! Yes the cannas would do fine...in fact I have them growing in my pond!
