Berries turn white and fall off

This is the third year with this bush. The berries turn white and then die. They never reach the blue stage.

It could be mummy berry. Does this look familiar.
It is hard to tell from a picture of bloom what might be affecting the fruit.
Here are some pictures of mummy berry to compare with what you see later.

You sent a picture of a bush with flowers on it. If the flowers are pollinated, they should form fruit. If the flowers are not pollinated they will fall off. Lack of pollination, no bees, may be your problem. Here is a picture of bloom and the green fruit you should see a few weeks later.
